Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Novra LTD ("Novra", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the Novra website and card services (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws applicable to you in your country of residence.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Novra may require identity verification before or after account creation, consistent with applicable regulatory requirements.

Upon completing registration, you may be issued a virtual Visa card, and may subsequently request a physical card in the same design. Cards remain the property of Novra's issuing partner and may be suspended or cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

You agree to use the card only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the rules of the merchants and networks where it is used.

The Service requires connecting a compatible crypto wallet that you control. You represent that you have the right to connect the wallet you provide, and that funds held in it are lawfully obtained. You may disconnect your wallet from your account settings at any time, which may limit or suspend your ability to use the card until reconnected.

When you make a purchase, your USDT balance is converted automatically to the currency required to complete the transaction, using the applicable rate at the time of the transaction. Conversion rates reflect market conditions at that moment and are not fixed or guaranteed in advance.

Users whose monthly spending exceeds $4,000 USD become eligible for a 3% cashback rate on subsequent purchases made within that calendar month. Cashback eligibility, calculation, and payout are subject to the specific program terms made available in your account, which may be updated from time to time.

Any fees applicable to card issuance, physical card shipping, or specific transaction types are disclosed to you during the relevant step of registration or transaction, before you confirm.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or the financing of illegal activity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Novra's systems or another user's account
• Use a wallet or funds you are not lawfully entitled to use

Novra may suspend or terminate your account or card if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law or a partner network, or to protect the security of the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses related to conversion rate movements or the value of assets held in a connected wallet.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Novra LTD is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law applicable to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and, where appropriate, through direct notice to your account.
