Help build the way people spend crypto

You'll work on the customer-facing web app and marketing site — the card ordering flow, wallet connection UI, and account dashboard — with a strong focus on performance and polish on mobile.

• 5+ years building production web applications, with deep knowledge of modern JavaScript and component architecture
• Strong eye for interface detail: spacing, motion, and responsive behavior
• Experience working directly with designers to ship pixel-accurate interfaces
• Comfortable owning a feature from technical design through to release

You'll plan and run Novra's social media presence across our core markets, working closely with design and growth to turn product updates into clear, engaging content.

• 2+ years managing social media accounts for a consumer product or fintech brand
• Comfortable writing in English, with Spanish or Portuguese a strong plus
• Experience planning content calendars and reporting on engagement
• Familiarity with paid social campaigns is a plus, not a requirement

You'll lead Novra's presence in an assigned region, covering local partnerships, market-specific compliance coordination, and user growth strategy for that market.

• Experience working in fintech, payments, or crypto in a regional or country-lead capacity
• Working knowledge of the regulatory landscape in your region
• Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a small team
• Fluent in English and the primary language of your region
