When you connect a crypto wallet, Novra requests a permissioned connection to facilitate conversion at the moment of payment. Novra does not take custody of your wallet's private keys, and your funds remain in your connected wallet until a transaction is made.

Because blockchain transactions are recorded on public ledgers, wallet addresses and associated transaction data may be publicly visible independent of anything Novra does. Novra does not control the visibility of on-chain data.

We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, including card issuing partners, identity verification providers, and hosting providers. These providers are contractually required to handle information in line with this policy.

We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Novra, our users, or others.
