Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Novra collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Last updated: July 22, 2026
1. Introduction
Novra LTD ("Novra", "we", "us") provides a Visa card service linked to a connected crypto wallet. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit our website or use the Novra service.
By registering for a Novra account, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the service, and information required to meet our regulatory obligations.
Information you provide
- Full name, date of birth, and contact details provided during registration
- Email address and account password
- Card design preferences and physical card shipping details, where applicable
- Identity verification documents, where required by applicable regulation
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, including IP address and general location
- Usage data, such as pages visited and actions taken within the account dashboard
- Transaction metadata, including merchant category, amount, and currency of a purchase
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Create and maintain your Novra account
- Issue and administer virtual and physical cards
- Process automatic currency conversion at the point of payment
- Apply the cashback program where eligibility criteria are met
- Detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse of the service
- Comply with applicable know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering, and tax obligations
- Communicate with you about your account, including service updates and security notices
4. Wallet & Blockchain Data
When you connect a crypto wallet, Novra requests a permissioned connection to facilitate conversion at the moment of payment. Novra does not take custody of your wallet's private keys, and your funds remain in your connected wallet until a transaction is made.
Because blockchain transactions are recorded on public ledgers, wallet addresses and associated transaction data may be publicly visible independent of anything Novra does. Novra does not control the visibility of on-chain data.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active, and for a further period afterward where required to meet legal, tax, or regulatory retention obligations, or to resolve disputes.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. You may exercise these rights by contacting us using the details in Section 12.
Where you have provided consent for a specific processing activity, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
9. International Transfers
Novra operates across multiple countries. Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country other than the one in which it was collected. Where this occurs, we take steps intended to ensure an appropriate level of protection for the information transferred.
10. Children's Privacy
Novra's services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
